| • Front-End Grader : | |
| The Front-End Grader is the top high- performance tool of the material adjustment and planing accessories using laser technology. | |
| The Front-End Grader is a tool particularly well adapted for the creation of all kinds of platforms, from the smallest to the biggest, and offers many application possibilities in the building trades for the adjustment of form bottoms, in public works for all material adjustments, at the road and diverse network specialists for the creation and repair of platforms, in green spaces for the creation and conditioning of sports grounds, creation of alleys, tracks, etc. | |
| Ensured productivity | |
| The adjusting blade is totally independent of the propelling machine. Since it is supported on its own 2 wheels, it is not subjected to any impact or stress from the propelling machine. | |
| This special kinematic arrangement makes the adjusting blade very stable and allows working at high speeds. | |
| Thanks to its compact and very robust structure, the Front-End Grader may work directly without any material preadjustment settings. | |
| The large lateral flanges allow storing materials during homogeneous material adjustments in fine layers. | |
| These flanges are removable so that heterogeneous materials may be avoided, if necessary. | |
| Unmatched precision | |
| The new Spectra Precision GCS21 system in conjunction with proportional hydraulic distributors allows the operator either to guide the Front-End Grader on ?the tip of his fingers? with an electronic joystick or to confer height measurement control to the Laser system, which then handles adjustments. | |
| Control is possible with 1 or 2 LASER receivers. | |

| • Towed grading blade |
| Guided by laser for precise material adjustment |
| These machines operate in manual mode by means of a manipulator or in automatic mode from a Laser reference. In the latter case, guidance is ensured either by a central Laser receiver (correction only by height measurement) or by two lateral receivers installed on either side of the blade body (correction by height measurement and inclination (banking)). |
| A decompactor, installed in front of the machine, generates an increased volume of material to be scraped or banked and thus limiting traction stress forces. |
| The 3.5 meter wide grading blades are equipped with lateral pads which allow stabilizing the machine during surfacing work at high speeds. These pads are adjustable according to the blade’s attacking edge condition (wear) and the desired support value. |

| • 3 and 4 m wide grading blade guided by laser system |
| The 3 and 4 meter wide grading blades are laser-guided material adjustment and planing machines. These machines are used for lightweight grading work. |
| The high-performance hydraulic circuit translates instantaneously and rigorously the position correction information given by the laser system. |
| These streamlined and robust built grading blades are very profitable on many worksites. |
| The blade body is of monoblock design. This manufacturing principle guarantees rigidity, robustness and precision in grading work. |
| The lifting electrovalves are controlled either in manual operating mode by the operator with manipulators or in automatic operating mode by the laser system. |
| The operator controls via the manipulators are always given priority, even in automatic operating mode. |
| The hydraulic circuit is connected to the traction machine pump, regardless of the circuit type installed on the tractor. The tractor must be equipped with a single or double effect distributor and a free return to the reservoir. No hydraulic pre-equipment is necessary on the tractor. |

| • Heavy duty series grading blade |
| The 4.5 – 5 and 6 meter wide heavy duty series grading blades are intensive surfacing and grading machines guided by a Laser system. |
| Their very sharp cutting edge section and heavy weight guarantee excellent earth penetrating capability. The high-performance hydraulic circuit translates instantaneously and rigorously the position correction information given by the laser system. |
| These grading blades may easily replace scrapers on many worksites. The rotation operations between an excavation / fill-in area are very fast without any required operator action on the lift controls and for large moved cubic contents. |
