SOIL
MIXER - PULVERIZER |
| Multi-Terrain Mixer - Stabilizer | |
• Type MGM 250 |
| The MGM 250 mixer is the ideal machine for professionals in the soil stabilization field. |
| It works in the direction
opposite to the machine’s forward motion, is equipped with a dual
transmission, and a rotor of large diameter and high tooth density made
of carbide steel in order to obtain a homogeneous mixing of excellent quality.
It has two hydraulically controlled flaps to level and retain the material
to be worked. The machine may work to a depth of 0 to 40 cm. 6 interchangeable plates made of hard stainless steel are mounted in the mixing reservoir to prevent the wearing out of the body and parts. |
| In short, the MGM 250 is the machine to respond to your needs in soil mixing and stabilization. |

• Type GM 250 |
| The GM 250 mixer is a machine of a very robust design and was engineered to operate under extreme conditions. |
| It works to a depth of 10 to 55 cm thanks to a large diameter rotor (1550 mm) which rotates in the direction opposite to the machine’s forward motion. The GM 250 works to 55 cm without the lateral transmissions coming in contact with the ground thanks to its variable reservoir system, which is exactly the same as that of a self-propelled vehicle. It features high tooth density (192 teeth), which allows it to obtain a fine and homogeneous mixture. |
| The variable mixing compartment adapts to the work depth and thus allows obtaining a material always perfectly mixed. The rear hydraulic reprofiler allows depositing the mixed soil following a unified and planar surface for subsequent compacting. |
| The tractor and the GM 250 leave behind them a neat platform ; they are the ideal combination for all your soil stabilization work. |
| The GM 250 coupled to a 300 HP tractor is capable of attaining a daily yield equivalent to that of a self-propelled vehicle, but at significantly lower servicing costs. |
| The advantages of the GM 250 are : |
| • Variable mixture compartment |
| • Exact work depth |
| • Only the rotor penetrates into the soil |
| • Hydraulic adjustment of the grader flap |
| • Dual transmission with triplex drive chain in oil bath (max. horsepower 250 hp / side) |
| • Oversized bevel gear box (max. horsepower 450 hp) |
| • Double safety system in case of foreign matter |
| • Interchangeable protective wear sheet metal and rotor flanges |
| • Quick replacement of worn parts |
| • Reduced transportation cost |
| • Minimum hourly fuel consumption |
| • Good handling and maneuverability on small and medium sized worksites |
| All these advantages for a machine coupled behind a tractor make it the most professional to be found on the market. |
